We reply within one business day. If something is broken in production — alerts not sending, preorders not taking — say “urgent” in the subject and include your store domain, and we'll treat it as such.

To help us fix it on the first reply, include:

  • your myshopify.com store domain;
  • the product or variant involved;
  • roughly when it happened;
  • what you expected instead.

Check these first

Most reports we get come down to one of these:

  • No notify-me form on a sold-out product. The widget is a theme app block — add it to your product template in the theme editor (Add block → Apps → Restock Alerts), then save. It only shows when the variant is actually out of stock.
  • Attributed revenue reads $0.00. Turn on the “Soon attribution” app embed in your theme and press Save. Without it we can't link a sale back to the alert that caused it.
  • Alert didn't arrive. Open the Delivery log in the app — every alert is listed with its status and, if it failed, the reason. Check spam folders too; a brand-new sending domain can get filtered.
  • Gift cards. Shopify doesn't emit inventory events for gift cards, so back-in-stock alerts can't work on them. We block signups rather than silently never sending.

Live delivery statistics are published on our status page — sent, delivered and failed counts, with nothing hidden.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app stops all sending immediately. To have stored data erased, email us or see the privacy policy for how deletion requests are handled.
